At 12 feet in length with a 30” beam, the Caribbean 12’s stability is extraordinary, yet the highly efficient hull design and hard, abrasion resistant Carbonlite material lets her glide through the water with ease. Tracking is exceptional for a twelve footer, making travel over distance much easier. Easy turns are accomplished with a slight lean and sweep. 

Eddyline applied the principles of the unique Gull Wing configuration on the Caribbean hull to retain efficiency and tracking while maximizing stability and maneuverability. The height of the seat produced by this configuration allows more comfort and better visibility while allowing the cockpit and tank well to drain effectively.

The large front hatch, center day hatch and rear hatch give easy access to most of the interior space. The cockpit features Sea Dog foot pedals, Gear Bucket in the Center Day Hatch and a comfortable high back seat. The seat well even has its own drain to keep you dry! Perfectly balanced carbon fiber side carry handles make the carry to the water’s edge effortless.  Mounting tracks for accessories and an abundance of mounting surfaces provide a wide variety of options for customizing the boat to suit your specific needs. Two scuppers in the cockpit and two in the tank well keep the deck drained well up to loads of 300 lbs.

Finished with our high gloss UV resistant Carbonlite material, you will appreciate all that we have incorporated into this exciting kayak. The Caribbean 12 is the perfect, lightweight platform to build out to your own specifications and custom outfitting.

Thermoforming produces a kayak similar in appearance and performance to that of fiberglass, but with a number of environmental benefits. Carbonlite 2000 is an impact resistant multi-layered plastic that is easily repairable. Outer surfaces are harder than other plastics and even gel coat. This provides better abrasion resistance, better UV protection and lighter weights.
